Wine to Water
Wine To Water (WTW) is an international non-profit organization committed to serving in communities to provide clean water to those in need. WTW has provided over 500,000 people across 25 countries with access to clean drinking water.
Founded on common ground and collective purpose, MR Systems and WTW have become corporate partners in joining the fight to end the global water crisis. WTW is a concept developed by Doc Hendley that had goals of fighting water related death and disease- and he developed it all while bartending. After assisting in Sudan, Africa to help provide water systems for victims of the government supported genocide, Doc became determined to provide clean water for the world. Robert In each region that WTW works, the primary focus is providing clean water through water access, water filtration, sanitation, and hygiene. Additionally, they support partner organizations and provide disaster relief response when resources are available. This partnership fits MR Systems’ model for philanthropy, events, corporate social responsibility, and leadership development. Touchton, Chief Development office at MR Systems, is in the process of starting an Atlanta Chapter of WTW. MR Systems is also investing its time by sending a volunteer team to the field to offer first-hand experience.
